We kindly ask our guests to arrange their own flights for the wedding. While the main events are scheduled for October 9th - October 12th, 2025, you are welcome to extend your stay by arriving up to 3 days early or staying up to 3 days after the celebrations.

This flexibility allows you to plan your trip based on your preferred duration and accommodation options. We recommend booking your flights and accommodations early to secure the best arrangements.

Important Information

Mexico Smoking & Vaping Regulations

New anti-smoking legislation in Mexico

Since January 2023, smoking is strictly prohibited in public places in Mexico. This law applies to beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. It is also illegal to bring electronic cigarettes or vaping devices and their solutions into Mexico. Violators may be subject to fines or detention.

Sargassum Seaweed Advisory

All foreign visitors to Quintana Roo, Mexico are required to pay a mandatory tourist tax (Visitax). This fee can be paid before arrival or during your stay, but must be paid before departing Mexico, as travelers are required to show proof of payment at the airport.

Please ensure you retain a copy of your receipt, as it will be requested during departure procedures at the airport.

An environmental sanitation tax will be charged directly at the hotel.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

‍ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION TAX - Los Cabos/SJDTourism Tax

This tax applies to all travellers arriving on or after September 8, 2022, and is 79.19 Mexican Pesos (approximately 3.86 USD) per room per night, regardless of occupancy. The tax will be collected by hotels, timeshares, and lodging facilities and is payable via cash only. Travelers will be able to see the tax charge in their hotel bill at check-in or check-out.
